Ingredients
- 350 gr butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons of sugar plus one cup
- small splash of brandy
- 300 grams of good dark chocolate
- 5 soupspoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 200 grams of simple dry biscuits
- about 15 glazed cherries
Directions
- in a pot over another pot with low-boiling water
(au bain marie)put 2 eggyolkes, 2 teaspoons of sugar and the splash of brandy together. Stay with it and constantly stirr with a whisk until it gets so thick you can see the figure 8 in it for a sec!
Than immediately add the butter and melt in, (keeping the heat low but still boiling), than add the chocolate, stirr with wooden spoon, add the sugarcup, stirr, add the cocoa powder, stirr.
when all is smooth, add the cherries.
Than take off the heat and whisk in the 2 eggwhites left over.
Than add the biscuits that you broke in quarters earlier on.
Than put everything with a spatula in a little tray (25x20 cm and 2 cm high), lined with greaseproof paper.
in fridge overnight.
