Cranberry cake

Ingredients

  • 230 gram soft butter
  • 200 gram sugar
  • 230 gram of self-rising flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gram of cranberries
  • 100 gram of almond powder
  • zest and juice of 1 lemon

Directions

  1. Mix the butter with the sugar and add the flour. Add the eggs, mix all very well. Add the cranberries and the almond powder. Then add the zest and lemonjuice. when all mixed very well, scoop in cake base and Bake for 1 hour-1 hour and 15 minutes, on 160 degrees (fan oven)
